The Spaces in Between: Finding the Still Point Within

On January 17, 2026, I decided to begin keeping a dream journal. Before going to sleep that night, I posed a question:

Why is there so much polarization in the world? For the life of me, I cannot understand why there is so much fear and rage. It is as if the crazy switch has been flipped in people’s brains. Please clarify exactly why this is happening and how I can remain grounded and be the calm within the storm.

At exactly 11:11 p.m., I woke with information that I felt compelled to write down.

The words did not arrive as a neatly constructed message. They came more like automatic writing—phrases, images and thoughts appearing one after another:

“Cultivate appreciation for even the smallest things in the present. That is truly God’s gift… living in the moment.

Look for the spaces in between. That is where the answers lay.

Harmonics. 495 Hz.

Labored breathing. Labor pains. Reflective of the chaos.

The commonality of the people.

Rest between the heartbeat and the breath.

Frailties of the human condition are upon us now.

The polarization before the split… much like what happens when one cell becomes two.

Be the singularity in the equation.

The 99% split, 1% of which makes the grade.

Accomplished serendipity.

Polarization ushers in the new singularity.

The stillness between thoughts—that is the answer. That is where you find God.

All is well.”

The Spaces in Between

When I read these words now, one theme seems to run through nearly every part of the message: stillness exists within movement, and the safe harbor we seek may already exist within us.

I had asked how to remain calm within the storm. Perhaps the answer was not to escape the storm at all, but to find its eye.

This is how I have come to understand the mysterious reference to the “99% split” and the “1% of which makes the grade.” I don’t interpret the 1% as an elite group of people who somehow pass a spiritual test. I see it symbolically.

The 99% is the storm. The 1% is the eye.

Around the eye is tremendous movement—opposing forces, turbulence, pressure and chaos. Yet at its center is stillness.

Perhaps that is the singularity.

And perhaps this is also where “Harmonics. 495 Hz.” becomes an integral part of the message.

I am familiar with hz and harmonics but not schooled in what they represent when those words and numbers appeared in my dream journal. Yet harmonics itself evokes resonance and alignment. For me, 495 Hz has therefore become symbolic of something much deeper: an invitation to bring my own inner frequency back into harmony—to return to the heart rather than resonate with the fear, anger and polarization surrounding me.

I don’t offer 495 Hz as a scientifically proven frequency of the heart. I offer it exactly as it came to me: as part of the symbolic vocabulary of the dream.

And within that vocabulary, it makes profound sense.

If the world around us is vibrating with fear, outrage and division, perhaps the answer isn’t to vibrate more loudly in opposition. Perhaps it is to become conscious of what we ourselves are resonating with.

Fear or love.

Reaction or presence.

Division or unity.

Noise or stillness.

This brings me back to the teaching of Yeshua that has become increasingly meaningful to me: the Kingdom of God is within.

Perhaps the safe harbor isn’t somewhere outside of us waiting to be found after the storm passes.

The safe harbor is within us.

The dream repeatedly points toward that interior place: the space between thoughts, the rest between heartbeat and breath, appreciation for the smallest things in the present moment. Again and again, it directs attention away from the noise and toward the center.

Even the imagery of labor pains and a dividing cell begins to take on another meaning. Before one cell becomes two, there is division. Before birth, there is labor. Both can appear chaotic while something new is emerging.

Maybe polarization itself is part of such a process—a tremendous pulling apart before a new understanding of unity can emerge.

And in the midst of that process comes the instruction:

“Be the singularity in the equation.”

Don’t become another expression of the storm.

Find the center.

Return to the heart.

Enter the space between thoughts.

Remember that the Kingdom you are searching for cannot necessarily be found amid the shouting outside of you.

Perhaps it must first be discovered within.

Then the final words of the message take on an entirely different depth. After polarization, labor pains, division, frailty and chaos, there was no warning to be afraid.

There were simply three words:

All is well.
